At 23 years of age a lot of young people don't have a clue what they want to do but with some helpful advice from his father in law, (whom he worked for in a machine shop of a local textile mill and got his first experience with the plumbing craft from) Darryl decided to pursue his plumbing licenses and got them in 1986. He worked for a local plumber before going out on his own in 1988.Through the years he has worked by his self and with a helper but knew that he wanted to build something more so we now have 3 other technicians, one of which is his son, who grew up working with his Dad, and now has his plumbing license also. Saunders Plumbing Inc. strives to provide our customers with quality work at an affordable price and to treat each customer with courtesy and the respect that they deserve.
Daryn is Darryl's son and grew up helping and learning all aspects of plumbing skills from his Dad. After graduating High School he became a full time employee of Saunders Plumbing Inc. He got his plumbing license in 2014 and also completed Backflow Testing classes to become a Certified Backflow Tester. Daryn has a very easy going personality and is very respectful of our customers. They will often call and comment on this to Darryl which makes him very proud to have a son who has the same desire and drive to build on this family owned business.
Due to the growing volume of work we hired Steven in 2016. Steven has 5 yrs of plumbing experience and has excellent customer service skills. Steven is also a Certified Backflow Tester. He enjoys talking and explaining to customers about what the problem is, so they can understand easier, and what we recommend to fix it. When we asked him why he wanted to work for us he said "He really likes to help people" and he has shown this in his work ethics and the customers love him, and have relayed this message to us numerously. We feel very lucky to have Steven as a part of our growing company.
We hired Keith in 2016 to help meet our customer demands. Keith has about 20 yrs plumbing experience and very good customer service skills which really is a plus in our line of business. Customers enjoy talking to Keith because he takes the time on each call, to explain and show the customer the problem and what needs to be done to fix it. Keith says he enjoys diagnosing different problems on each call he goes on and continues to learn new things everyday which keeps the job interesting and challenging. We are lucky to have Keith as an addition to our company and look forward to being able to serve even more customers.
